Ashtanga Yoga

Refers to the 8 limbs of yoga, a holistic practise that not only is physical, but aspects of breathing techniques, focus and meditation are integrated. Ashtanga Yoga, primary series, is a sequence of postures that are the same all around the world. It can be catered to the individual, beginner friendly to advanced. Hatha Yoga

My hatha yoga classes can be catered to any groups needs, catering to people with injuries, physical challenges and pregnancy.
